Dr Simmons and Heather was lovely with us and our sick greyhound today. Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all our questions. They addressed all of our concerns one by one, and we now feel we can leave on a weekend trip knowing her caregiver will be able to give her the best possible care in our absence. We feel so relieved that our baby received such excellent TLC!

love this clinic! Came in for an appointment (were able to get me in same day) and the timing, the care, and just the people were great! Could really feel the love when they took my cat for some tests and just felt like a great environment 🩷 Heaven was amazing with my cat and Dr. Tina was so understanding with my concerns and issues, really felt like they were listening 🖤 def will be coming in the future!! I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by our experience here. We brought our Golden Retriever, Tighten, in expecting professional, careful, and compassionate veterinary care. Instead, we left believing that our dog was suffering from an extremely serious condition and that we were about to lose him. During the visit, we were told that Tighten had some of the worst arthritis they had ever seen. Even more devastating, we were told that he had cancer and that his condition was serious enough that he needed to be put down. Hearing that your dog supposedly has cancer and needs to be euthanized is absolutely heartbreaking, and we trusted that such an extreme recommendation would only be made when there was strong evidence supporting it. Thankfully, before making an irreversible decision, we took Tighten to another veterinarian the very next day for a second opinion. According to that veterinarian, what we had been told was not accurate. We were told that Tighten did not have the conditions described to us at the previous visit and that he was completely fine. The difference between these two assessments was shocking. This wasn’t a minor disagreement about treatment or medication—it was the difference between being told our dog needed to be put down and being told that he was okay. Had we simply accepted the original recommendation without seeking another opinion, we could have made a permanent and devastating decision based on information that the second veterinarian told us was incorrect. The emotional distress this caused our family is difficult to describe. For that period of time, we genuinely believed we were about to lose our dog. No pet owner should be put through that unnecessarily. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this veterinary practice. If you receive a serious or life-ending diagnosis for your pet here—or anywhere else—I strongly encourage getting a second opinion before making an irreversible decision. I am incredibly grateful that we did.

The staff are all very nice, professional, and kind with my 3 year old dog. The vet asst and veterinarian were both informative and helpful.
