Aspen Arbor is a careless and unprofessional clinic that performed what we believe to be a negligent procedure on our 7 month old pug which resulted in his death. I would strongly encourage everyone to take their pets elsewhere; there are far better options available in the area. They are concerned solely with profit and had no remorse for the tragic events that took place (and that they undoubtedly caused). Expect procedures to be higher than the quoted price even when the standard of care is extremely poor. You can also expect zero accountability if something were to go wrong. This place is truly terrible and I hope no one else is subjected to the same experience that we had to go through

Aspen Arbor is such a great vet hospital. I LOVE Dr. Neil, who is amazing with us and takes her time with us at each visit. We had to go in for some an urgent sick visits for my older girl and she was super sweet and comforting. My two pups love her too!

This place is the best! We recently adopted a rescue who needed significant dental work. Not only did they do an amazing job on cleaning and extraction, they stayed longer to complete the visit. We are forever grateful to Dr. McCarthy and his team!

My golden retriever was having some digestive issues I felt warranted getting to the vet ASAP. They got me in quickly. Dr. Ritchie took such good care of him. She was very kind, professional, and thorough. I've been taking my boy there for a few years, and everyone in that office has been welcoming, and compassionate. I absolutely recommend Aspen Arbor!
